Have you seen Tron or Avatar lately? I have just used one of these. The Celestron 40X Advanced Stereo Microscope actually shows a 3D world! I am almost converted from the the smaller mysteries on a 2D microscope.
Celestron’s 40X Stereo Microscope utilizes two lightpaths and two eyepieces to create an amazingly true-to-life 3D image that no standard microscope can match.
This microscope is for: curious youngsters, hobbyists and college students.
Celestron is the benchmark for quality optical components, ease of use and affordability. Hence why the last 5 microscopes I have investigated have all been Celestron. Check it out: 20X-40X power magnification; Binocular head rotates 360 degrees; Fully-coated optics for excellent contrast, clarity and image brightness; Eyepieces are 10X wide-view, 20 degrees field-of-view; Top and bottom halogen illumination; Stage: 95 mm diameter, working distance range – 110 mm; Coarse focus system; Viewing plates: black / white, opaque / frosted; Includes 5 prepared slides; Weighs 6 1/2 lbs. Order yours today! Celestron 40X Advanced Stereo Microscope. Probably my favourite low cost Microscope I have seen.
I just received my 44202 stereo microscope. It’s just amazing. You can use it from the very first minute. If you want you can see one of the prepared slides right out the box, or any of the familiar objects at home, and you will discover a fascinating new world, hidden from your eyes.
My kids and I have used it to see a lot of bugs, spiders, flies, flowers, etc. The x20 factor is the best for 3-D viewing, while the x40 factor is best suited for flat, smaller objects like slides, stamps or similar.
The controls operate very well and allow an excellent level of command.
I have found that this microscope is solid, stable and easy to set-up.
I am very pleased to recommend this microscope.
